Yes, we require that all customers are 19+ and will provide photo I.D. to the driver upon delivery.

Same Day Delivery

Fees start at $10 with increases depending on your location. By entering in your delivery details at our checkout page, you will be able to see what your fee would be.

Delivery windows are 2 hours from the time you select. Depending on the driver’s routes, deliveries will usually take 45 minutes up to 2 hours.

For example: if you choose 6pm for your delivery time, your delivery will arrive between 6pm-8pm.

Once the driver is en route to you, you will receive a notification and link to track your order.

Mail Shipping

Shipping fees are a flat rate of $15, orders over $200 will have free shipping.

Orders will be shipped out depending on when the E-Transfer payment has been received.

All orders should arrive within 2-3 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost.

If we receive your order and payment before our 12pm PST, your order will ship that same business day.

If we receive your order and payment after 12pm PST, your order will ship the following business day.

If your order and payment are received on a weekend or holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number. Your tracking number is available and sent to you via email within 24 hours of your order being shipped.

We ship exclusively all over Canada for Canadian adults with a valid postal code. If you can receive mail, you can shop with us!

We guarantee shipment on your order unless the address is inaccurate/incomplete, or request no signature required.

If it has been 2 business days since the estimated delivery on your tracking information or if your tracking information says “delivered” but you have not received a package, please contact us to start the investigation/order replacement process.

Canada Post is closed on national, provincial and territorial holidays, with no collection or delivery of mail on those days. Here is a link to the days that Canada Post does not operate.
